Which Group Fitness Class is For Me?

Check out the chart below for help navigating the different class options:

Class Descriptions are available at the bottom of this page!

Along the Left Side of the chart, classes progress from bottom to top in terms of Difficulty of Movement (in terms of strength and coordination).

So, at the very bottom in row 1 are Yoga, Lite Strength and Spin, which are all Easy to Follow. At the top in row 3 are Core de Force, Kettlebell Circuits and Bootcamp/Insanity– which include more difficult movements (*Please note, though, that the instructors are GREAT at accommodating different student needs, and will offer easier/simpler options when necessary!).

Along the Top of the chart, classes progress from left to right in terms of Pacing: How fast the class moves.

So, on the far Left, in column 1, are classes that are a slower, more flowing style (Yoga, Pure Stretch Lite). On the right, in column 4, are the classes that move most quickly (Bootcamp/Insanity, Rizzmic.) (*Please note, though, that the instructors are GREAT at accommodating different student needs, and will offer easier/simpler options when necessary!).

You are always welcome to try new classes, and if you have any questions about which classes may be the best fit for your personal preferences, just ask! Any of our Group Fitness instructors can help, or email Sara directly and she can assist you!

And remember: ALL our Group Fitness classes are appropriate for a very wide variety of fitness levels, because the instructors modify as necessary and always work with the people and fitness levels in the room that day!
