Class Descriptions

STRONG:Stop counting reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba®combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

RIZZMIC:Seamlessly blending fitness with truly stylized dance, Rizzmic hits each big craze on the map; from Disco and Country, to Hip Hop and Jazz! We use the most popular dance styles in virtually every genre from the 1920’s to now, bringing a massive variety of movement into a focused American theme.

R.I.P.P.E.D. is a plateau proof fitness formula workout. Enjoy Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and core workout done to motivating music that will leave you wanting more!

BOOTCAMP/INSANITY: We want to keep you guessing – each class is designed to be different and push you out of your comfort zone!  Our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun!

KETTLEBELL CIRCUITS:This class incorporates stations that will be timed as you push, pull, lift, dip, crunch and jump your way through 60 min. of hi/low intensity. Kettlebell/Cardio:

500 Calorie Burn: This class incorporates several pieces of equipment which may include TRX,
SPIN Bikes, Kettle Weights, BOSU and STEP. It is a circuit based class that combines strength and cardio. Make sure to eat your Wheaties as this class is fast paced and challenging.

KETTLEBELL/SPIN: This class is a combination of bodyweight suspension (TRX) and use of the spin bikes for cardio and endurance.

Half Cardio, Half Weights: The class splits into 2 groups and you’ll alternate working on cardio and weight training, so each class gives a balance of both! Upbeat music, no choreography.

KETTLEBELL STATIONS: This class guides you to different stations that will incorporate both lower and upper body exercises. You will have strength as well as cardio.

SPINNING: This is a non-road climb style class but we welcome you to experience our indoor energetic, inneractive and calorie torcher class. You will ride to music that makes you want to sing along too while your instructor leads the ride that will keep you coming back for more. THIS IS THE ONLY CLASS THAT REQUIRES SIGN-UPS

STRENGTH: This group strength training class that provides muscular strength and endurance and resistance training for every major muscle in the body.
****NOTE: PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY FOR PROPER SET UP

TRX/SPIN OR TRX/CIRCUITS: This workout is a non-stop low-impact high energy all over body strength based workout. Spin bikes, rows, steps, Kettlebells may be incorporated.

Turbo Kick: class is packed with real kickboxing moves, calorie-blasting HIIT training, and bodyweight exercises. You’ll leave every class dripping sweat—and ready to conquer anything!

YOGA: In this Flow class you will synchronize breath with movement. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a Vinyasa class, students awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun atmosphere. Essential oils and warm clothes at the end

ZUMBA GOLD: is a fabulously fun fitness program based on exciting Latin and international dance styles. It’s similar stylistically and musically to regular Zumba®, but it’s performed at a lower intensity level to be more accessible to certain people. Zumba Gold is intended for active older adults, fitness newbies, and other people that prefer modified exercises. ACTIVE SENIORS

STRETCH N RELAX: It’s time for greater ease, comfort and capability in daily life. If you’ve been feeling tight, stiff, stressed or anxious then one of my classes might be just what you need! ACTIVE SENIORS

 PRIME TIME: Enjoy the company of friends alike, grab some light weights and be ready for 30 min. of gentle movement in the classroom while listening to music of the eras. You will leave this class feeling full of energy and singing in the car as you leave. ACIVE SENIORS
