    Michelle started as a member of Sara's and found a passion with the members asking her questions about her personal journeys of up's n downs in her fitness and nutrition lifestyle. Michelle knew through being an active hair dresser that she could connect with people struggling with body image and could make a difference in the way you treat yourself through love.

    We are so excited to have Cheri returning to Sara's! Cheri started her Yoga classes in 2014. She brings in her funky loving energy that is real and live. Cheri resides in Edgerton with her two daughters.

  • Lindsay Schneider

    Lindsay Mae has a passion for sharing her love and knowledge of Yoga. Lindsay completed her 200 RYT training from the RajaHatha School of Yoga in and Aerial Training in 2016. Lindsay and her husband Cory, reside in the Edgerton area with their 3 children. You can call Sara's to set up a personal Yoga Session.

  • Cassie Tellefson

    Cassie is vibrant and always wears a smile on her face. She loves movement of any kind. She is a teacher at the Edgerton Elementary school and has husband and two dogs. You will meet Cassie in our many Group Fitness classes as a substitute Instructor.

  • Stephanie Marino

    My name is Stephanie Marino. I am employed at the Edgerton Middle School. I have been with Sara since 2010. I am a certified AFAA Group Fitness Trainer. You will find me at most of the 4:30 am classes along with Sat. and Sun. I love teaching RIPPED and moving my students in a fun and energetic way. I am married and have one daughter and two dogs.

    My name is Andrea Johnson.I first came to Sara's Health & Fitness as a member with the goal of losing extra weight I had put on in college. After enjoying the classes and workouts at this gym, I decided to share my love for fitness with others and now I am an instructor for bootcamp and weight lifting style classes. I bring my passion for an active, healthy lifestyle to each and every class I teach. As a mom who leads a busy life, I appreciate every moment I have to incorporate exercise into my life. I like to challenge my participants and help them reach their own goals. When I am not at the gym, you can find me spending time with my husband and two sons, or teaching in my third grade classroom.

  • Jackie Richardson

    Hi, my name is Jackie Richardson. I started at Sara's Health & Fitness as a class participant. As soon as Zumba™ was introduced, I knew I wanted to teach this format. I now teach Zumba Gold™, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Gold Toning, Zumba and Zumba Toning and Zumba In The Circuits. I currently instruct at Sara's two mornings  a week. In addition to this I also instruct through our local hospital. When I am not instructing, I am either working at the hospital, or with my husband, two kids and our dogs.

    I am the owner of Sara's Health & Fitness." I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I'm locally born and raised in this wonderful community. You will find me at the gym everyday either behind the desk, teaching a fitness class or personal training. My love for this amazing business is helping others feel great about themselves. I hold certifications in AFAA Personal and Group training, Steva Acupressure release, Health & Wellness Coaching, Z-health Essentials and currently studying R-phase, R.I.P.P.E.D, Scwinn Cycling, TRX, Bootcamp and Bosu.

  • Cathy Dickinson

    I provide childcare at Sara’s Health and Fitness. I love to spend time with our youngest members while their moms are able to take advantage classes. Childcare has been my profession since 1994 and I feel that it is important to work with the children on socialization through organized activities.
