Spring has approached and the dreary rainy weather has us battling fatigue and struggling to get through our days when all we want to do is sleep.

We have over 30 classes per week. Enjoy dancing in a dim-lit room for those of us who love to dance, but are timid, Spin classes that take you through an endorphin rush that are low impact. Yoga classes that are candle lit and end with warm cloths scented with essential oils. Maybe you prefer a weights and cardio…You name it, we have it.
