Everyone comes to our class with a story to share– whether it is one filled with positive self-talk and happy memories of fitness, or one filled with negative emotions and workout experiences.

At Sara’s Health & Fitness, we dig deep into the psychology behind our participants different mindsets. Sara and her outstanding staff of fitness instructors encourage you to understand the “fear of failure” concept, and challenge YOU to help participants let go of negative stories.

Our jobs are about more than simply creating a workout, they are about helping shape and improve people’s lives. We do that by impacting our clients in a positive mental way.
