Express Classes

Express Classes are a 30 min. full body workout no matter which class it is. All class formats along with sample exercises are listed on the website. The classes will be in a series of 4 weeks. This allows for strength training and ultimate fat-burning results using the same workout and taking each week a little higher.

All Express classes are taught with an instructor.
