Group Fitness Classes are included with all of our memberships! This is a huge benefit of becoming a member at Sara’s. Most other gyms charge for classes.
Classes begin at 4:30 am Mon-Fri….Great for early morning risers. This class requires members to be set up and ready prior to 4:30 so class can begin and end on time as people need to get to work.
6:45 am Tue/Fri Zumba Lite isn’t just for the slower crowd. This class will make you smile and sing along as Jackie instructs fun songs. Leaving this class leaves you feel ready for the day.
7:00-7:30 am Mon/Th are Lite classes are slower paced. We stretch and use a weight resistance format.
8:15-9:15 am Mon-Fri is great for anyone needing “children’s hour.” This class is full of energy and has a wide variety of fitness levels and ages.
4:45, 5:00, 6:00 and 6: 30 pm Mon-Th are your afternoon, after school and end of work day crowd. These people are looking forward to a great experience after a long day.
Sat and Sun classes are great for those that want to stay in the routine or maybe take a class they normally aren’t able to attend.
